Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, and you must provide receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. Since our products are made on demand, we cannot cover sizing issues if the product matches the size guide in the product description.
If your item is damaged or defective, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without explanation. Items must be in the original condition with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
